Material

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Cucumber in thin Slices
  • 1/4 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 Pear or Green Apple
  • A handful of Peppermint
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon or Orange Juice
  • Some Microgreens for Garnishing
  • Finely Chopped Toasted Walnuts and Some Dark White Toasted Sesame Seeds

Method

1. Take a blender jar.

2. Now mix all the ingredients one by one and blend them.

3. Remove this mixture into one bowl.

4. Add salt and chaat masala on top.

5. Place some cucumbers in thin slices on the side.
